Pixie Sticks Program 2019

Did you know lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports on the West Coast? Players in Kindergarten to second grades will have opportunity to learn all about the game of girls lacrosse in this year's Pixie Sticks program.

Each Saturday morning, girls will come to Dos Pueblos High School and participate in an hour of clinics, fun games, and scrimmages with fabulous coaches.

The Spring Pixie Sticks program starts April 6th and runs for 6 Saturdays. It ends on May 11th. The cost of this program is only $30 for all 6 weeks! Players will need to provide their own lacrosse stick, goggles and mouth guard.

What is a Girls Lacrosse Recreation League?
A recreation league is seasonal and only plays during a short period of the year (in our case, Spring). The objective of the SBGLA Spring League is to introduce girl’s lacrosse to the Santa Barbara community. Our goal is to provide a fun and supportive, after-school playing opportunity for girls of all playing levels and ages. Teams within the league play each other and the focus is on skills-building and learning the sport.  Costs are kept low to include as many families as possible and we strive to provide a variety of practice locations and age groups. We want as many girls playing lacrosse in Santa Barbara county as can get!
